Our aim has always been to better young people’s lives through exercise. For over fifty years we’ve been working with schools across Scotland to create entertaining, educational lessons suitable for students in every class. We also offer championships for primary, secondary and qualifying college students.
Get Involved
Our work is supported by people like you and we’re always looking for new volunteers. If you’re a great swimmer, instructor or just about anything else - and you’re willing to roll up your sleeves - get in touch! There’s nothing better than helping inspire young people, come get stuck in!
